Wood Product Disclaimer

The color, texture, and characteristics of the wood used to build a particular product will vary slightly from the wood used in any samples or product photography due to the natural characteristics of the material. There will be variation, including knots, texture and grain and color. I cannot control or guarantee the exact look of any board or product. In turn, no representation, warranty and/or guarantee is made with respect to the precise color, luster or appearance of finishes of any product. All of our products are completely hand made, and I make no representation or guarantee that any product will appear exactly as any other. Each piece will be unique.

Delivery and Shipping
I handcraft each product with care in my shop in TwentyNine Palms, California. Please allow between 8 and 12 weeks for production and processing of your order. When inventory is readily available, orders will be processed in 2-3 days. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have any questions prior to, please reach out to manzanareswoodworking@gmail.com  with your name and order number.

All shippable products are sent directly from our shop. Delivery can take between 5-10 business days depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

Damages

I carefully inspect each piece before it leaves our facility for any imperfections or damage. Please inspect each piece immediately upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours regarding any issues. Manzanares Woodworking is not liable for damage incurred during shipping and delivery, but I may be able to help you file a claim with the shipping provider.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, I am unable to accept returns or issue exchanges unless the product is deemed defective upon arrival. I do not offer returns or exchanges on discounted or custom items. All discounted and custom orders are final sale.

Changes and Cancelations 

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund within 24hrs of order being placed, some exceptions apply reach out to Manzanaerswoodworking@gamil.com. Orders prior to shipping can be canceled for a 25% refund. Once shipped orders cannot be canceled.
